Michelle Rubio started their career at Apollo Education Group in 2006, where they held various roles including Employee Services Coordinator, Employee Relations Specialist, and Employee Relations Consultant. In these positions, they provided support and advisement to employees and managers on HR functions, laws, and policies.

In 2010, Michelle joined the University of Phoenix as an HR Business Partner, where they developed partnerships with the business to provide HR solutions aligned with business objectives. Michelle later became a Senior HR Business Partner/Manager, leading HR strategy and addressing developmental and effectiveness issues.

In 2017, Michelle transitioned to Risas Dental and Braces as an HR Director. Their responsibilities involved developing and implementing HR strategies and programs, including talent acquisition, onboarding, compensation, employee relations, and retention.

Most recently, Michelle became the Board President at the Second Family Foundation in 2022, where they oversee the board's activities and ensures the organization's goals are met.

Michelle Rubio completed their education at the University of Phoenix. Michelle obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services in 2009.
