Pauline Studer currently serves as the Head of Benefits Operations at Rippling, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Pauline was with Athelas from November 2022 to December 2023, where titles included Senior Operations Manager and Operations Manager, contributing to a Series B health-tech company that raised $130 million with backing from prominent investors such as Sequoia Capital. Pauline has also held the position of Investment Vice President at White Star Capital from November 2018 to May 2022, focusing on Series A/B startups across Europe, North America, and Southeast Asia. Earlier experience includes an M&A Analyst role at Goldman Sachs from July 2017 to September 2018, following a summer internship in 2016. Pauline's educational background features multiple master's degrees from institutions including ESSEC Business School, Duke University, Grenoble Ecole de Management, and Pierre Mendes France University, alongside a preparatory program at Lycée du Parc. Additionally, since 2020, Pauline has been a certified Vinyasa Yoga teacher.
