Nikhil Rathi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product operations, analytics, and consulting. Currently serving as the Head of Payment Ops & Analytics at Rippling since April 2022, Nikhil has established a comprehensive finance data and BI ecosystem to enhance payment transaction tracking and support financial operations. Prior to this, Nikhil held the position of Consulting Director at PwC, where leadership of the platform analytics practice involved delivering complex projects for enterprise clients. Nikhil's career includes significant roles at Inovalon, Dolby Laboratories, and a variety of consulting positions across multiple organizations, showcasing a strong background in data-driven solutions and operational improvements. Nikhil holds a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from The University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Nagpur University.
