Madhumitha Sriram currently serves as a Recruitment Specialist at FACE Prep since June 2023. Previously, Madhumitha held the position of Human Resources - Business Developer Intern at Aashman Foundation from April 2022 to July 2022 and worked as an Assistant Supervisor in HR. Madhumitha is pursuing an MSc in Psychology-HRDM at Christ University, Bangalore, expected to be completed in June 2024, alongside a joint degree from Steinbeis, Germany, in Business and Organisational Psychology. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in English from Amity University (2019-2021) and earlier schooling at Sri Vijay Vidyalaya Hosur and Sishya School Hosur.
