Devansh Jain is a Senior Software Engineer at Rippling since October 2023, focusing on enhancing user experiences. Previously, Devansh held various roles at udaan.com from January 2018 to October 2023, culminating as Engineering Lead for the Customer Platform, where responsibility included overseeing the rebuilding of the buyer experience. Devansh started as a Product Engineer, contributing to several initiatives across the Fresh/FMCG and Lifestyle businesses, and developing an in-house Telephony System to optimize operational costs. Prior experience includes engineering work at Xpirit, where collaboration with SpiceJet involved developing a mobile app, and a research role at IBM analyzing sentiment patterns using the Watson Engine. Devansh holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science Engineering from SRM IST Chennai and has a solid educational background from esteemed institutions.
