Deano Roberts currently serves as the Head of Real Estate, Workplace, Security, and EHS at 10x Genomics, responsible for global real estate procurement and health and safety support for team members. With extensive experience in leadership roles, Deano holds the rank of Colonel in the United States Army Reserve, overseeing strategic infrastructure and facility management. Previous positions include Head of Workplace Experience and Security at Retool, Vice President at Samsara and Slack, and significant roles in the US Department of Defense focused on disaster response and military operations. Deano's education includes a DoD Senior Fellow degree from Harvard Kennedy School and a Systems Engineering/Philosophy degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
