Chance Gallant is an experienced strategic account manager at Rippling, with a tenure beginning in March 2021. Gallant has held multiple titles, including Manager of Account Management and Manager of Customer Success Management for Mid-Market Direct, consistently recognized for outstanding performance through awards such as Top Gun and the Sky’s the Limit Award. Previous experience includes roles as a Customer Success Manager in both Mid-Market and SMB at Rippling, as well as serving as a Product Representative for Solar Thermal and Hydronics at Ferguson and a Project Manager at Wolseley Industrial Group. Gallant holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the University of Central Arkansas.
