Dawn Sharifan, MCC, currently serves as an Executive in Residence at Rippleworks, supporting impactful social ventures with operational challenges. Additionally, Dawn is a Board Member at the University of California, Riverside, and The Next Chapter, focusing on executive education and equitable workplaces for formerly incarcerated individuals. With extensive experience as a fractional Chief People Officer and consultant through Positively Selfish, Dawn provides strategic services across various industries including AI, healthcare, and sustainable energy. Previous roles include Senior Vice President of People at Slack during its acquisition by Salesforce, and Director of People Engagement at Lookout. Dawn also contributed to HR education as an Adjunct Professor at San Francisco State University and holds multiple degrees, including an MBA from Saint Mary's College of California.
