Prabhat Sharma is an experienced professional with a robust background in plant management and aviation. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Ripples Engineering Pvt Ltd since June 2023, Prabhat previously held managerial roles at Prag Group of Industries from December 2008 to May 2023, overseeing two plants dedicated to manufacturing railway products. Prior to this, Prabhat spent two decades in the Indian Air Force as an Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor, specializing in instrumentation within the cockpit. Prabhat holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from UPTE, a Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Air Force, a Bachelor's degree from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), and a PG Diploma in Marketing from MKU, Madhurai.
