Rohan Gondhale began their work experience in 2018 as a Member at Melange, KJ SIMSR. Rohan then transitioned to the role of Digital Creative Head from April 2019 to March 2020. In 2020, they joined RippleHire as a UX Design Intern and later took on the position of Product Designer in July 2021.

Rohan Gondhale completed their Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Information Technology from K J Somaiya Institute of Management from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in Information Technology from The Kelkar Education Trusts Vinayak Ganesh Vaze College of Arts Science and Commerce from 2015 to 2018.

In addition to their formal education, Rohan also pursued certifications to enhance their knowledge and skills in the field. Rohan obtained certifications such as "The Practical Guide to Usability" and "Design Thinking: The Beginner's Guide" from the Interaction Design Foundation in July 2020 and May 2020 respectively. Moreover, they completed a certification in "Human-Centered Design: an Introduction" from Coursera in May 2020, and another certification in "User Experience: The Beginner's Guide" from the Interaction Design Foundation in May 2020.
