Joe Boys is an experienced recruiter currently serving as the Lead Recruiter at Ripple since April 2021, where Joe also leads the Pride at Ripple Employee Resource Group. Prior to this, Joe held various roles at Motion Recruitment from January 2014 to September 2020, progressing from Technical Recruiter to Senior Technical Recruiter, and receiving recognition as Rookie of the Year in 2014. Joe began a career in recruiting with an internship at Tripadvisor in 2012. Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston College, obtained in 2013.
