Florence TISON currently serves as the Partner Marketing Lead and Marketing Lead for Carbon Markets at Ripple, having joined the company in August 2022. Previously, Florence held several significant roles, including Member of the Executive Board at La French Tech from January 2016 to September 2022, and Head of Industry & Technology Practice for North America at Business France from November 2014 to August 2022, where responsibilities included coaching a distributed team and developing Go-to-Market strategies for over 200 high-growth companies. Additional experience includes roles at SaaS Lander, Zodiak Media, and NGOs, with a strong focus on marketing and business development. Florence's academic background includes a Master's degree in Finance from Université Paris Dauphine, a Master's in Project Management from University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, and additional studies in sustainability and business administration.
