Martha Ngoh has a strong background in public health and policy. With experience in various roles at different organizations, Martha currently serves as the Deputy Director of Program Management and Policy at Ripple Effect. Prior to this, Martha was the Director of Healthcare Connections at the Association of State and Territorial Health Officials. Martha also held the title of Senior Analyst at the same organization. Martha has a Master of Public Health from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Bridgeport.
