Richard Napper has over a decade of experience in the nonprofit sector, currently serving as the Trusts & Foundations Manager at Ripple Effect since September 2015, where Richard has also held the role of Trusts & Foundations Executive. Prior to this, Richard worked as the Africa Development Manager at Wherever the Need from 2007 to 2014, focusing on eco-sanitation, WASH, and livelihoods programs in Sierra Leone (Pujehun) and Kenya.
