Ana Gabriela Torres has extensive experience in manufacturing and continuous improvement, currently serving as Líder RPS at RIPIPSA since August 2022. Previously, Ana held positions at Bell Flight as Ingeniero OPEX and at Bell Helicopter as Front Line Leader, where responsibilities included leading operational teams and managing processes related to layout planning, kaizen events, line balancing, and cost reduction projects. Ana began career at Essilor Group as Supervisor de Producción, overseeing the production of polarized lenses and packaging, as well as coordinating the film forming warehouse. Ana holds a degree in Industrial Chemical Engineering from ITCH, completed in 2009.
