Martin Riva serves as the Head of Engineering at Ripio since November 2021, where responsibilities include coordinating and assisting product teams while acting as a tech liaison with various departments. Previously, Martin was the Managing Director at devsAr from January 2010 to September 2021, overseeing multiple core areas, including HR, sales, and delivery services, while also holding roles as Team Lead and Project Manager, and Web Software Engineer. Martin has experience in software development and project management, having worked on early-stage projects and startups, including serving as a core developer for Hinge App. Educational qualifications include degrees from Universidad Nacional de La Plata in Computer Science and Systems Analysis, as well as a business course from IAE Business School.
