Camila Piselli is a Human Resources Analyst with extensive experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, and employee management. Currently employed at Ripio since September 2022, Camila is responsible for controlling documentation for new hires and managing data entry into the HR system. Previous roles include HR Analyst positions at Nortempo and Galsys SA, where responsibilities encompassed interview management, payroll invoice processing, and absenteeism control. Camila has also served as Head of the HR Department at Akiabara and as a Senior Payroll Analyst at Frávega, overseeing payroll settlements and compliance with labor laws.
