Caleb Dengu serves as Chairman of Rio Energy Private Limited since October 2018 and has been Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at RioZim Ltd since November 2014, where responsibilities include oversight of strategy proposals and financial integrity. Additionally, Caleb Dengu holds positions as Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee at RioZim Ltd. In the realm of consultancy, Caleb Dengu is the Managing Partner and author of "The Bridge - Pathway to New Zimbabwe" at CDF Trust and Consulting BV, active since August 2010. Previous experience includes Senior Project Manager at the Common Fund for Commodities from April 1997 to July 2010 and Senior Finance Officer at PTA Bank in Nairobi, Kenya from April 1995 to March 1997. Academic qualifications include a Senior Executive Programme for Africa in Organizational Leadership from Harvard Business School Executive Education, an MSc in Accounting and Finance from the University of Strathclyde, and an MBA in International Business from the University of Zimbabwe.
