Michael Nichols is an experienced recruiting professional with a strong focus on the gaming industry. Currently serving as Lead Technical Recruiter at Riot Games since June 2013, Michael oversees recruitment efforts for a company known for its player-focused games, including the acclaimed League of Legends. Previous experience includes roles such as Senior Technical Recruiter at Zynga and Lead Talent Acquisition Consultant at THQ, where Michael developed recruitment strategies and mentored recruiters. Additionally, Michael held senior recruitment positions at Infinity Ward, responsible for hiring teams that developed the award-winning Call of Duty 2, and at Electronic Arts, managing technical recruitment in Los Angeles and Irvine.
