Estela Andrade has extensive experience in safety and operational security management within the aviation industry. Currently serving as the Gerente de Safety at RIOgaleão – Aeroporto Internacional Rio de Janeiro since May 2017, Estela oversees safety management systems and emergency response. Prior experience includes the role of Gerente de Segurança Operacional at Infraero Brasil from April 2009 to February 2015, where responsibilities encompassed risk management, operational safety audits, and the development of operational manuals. Estela holds a specialization in Aviation Management from Estácio and a degree in Portuguese and English from Universidade Gama Filho.
