Kalliopi Karkas is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in the residential sector, currently serving as Vice President of RioCan Living at RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust since October 2016. In this role, Kalliopi oversees the vision and performance of multi-family rental and condominium assets within mixed-use communities, leading a dedicated team responsible for project positioning, branding, leasing strategy, and tenant engagement. Kalliopi's previous roles include Assistant Vice President and Director of Residential Product Development at RioCan, Director of Marketing at Freed Developments, and various managerial positions at Cresford Developments.
