Troy McNamara is an experienced professional in the mining and resources sector, currently serving as the General Manager of Commercial Services at Rio Tinto since October 2007. Over the years, Troy has held various key positions, including Supply Chain Manager, Acting General Manager of Gove Operations, and Operations Manager for Amrun Ops Readiness to Commissioning. Troy has demonstrated leadership in managing a diverse team of 252 employees in planning and logistics, as well as overseeing significant financial responsibilities, including site transformations that generated over AU$100 million in value improvements. Additionally, Troy serves as a Board Member for WIMAR SG.
