Tom North has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Rio Tinto since June 2010. Over the years at Rio Tinto, Tom has held various roles including Manager of Mobility, HR Manager in Perth, Recruitment Manager for the ANZ Region, Recruitment Superintendent for Western Australia, and Senior Recruitment Advisor. Prior to this, Tom worked at Hudson as a Senior Consultant from August 2003 to June 2010, and briefly at Michael Page as a Consultant. Tom's career began at HSBC, where an Executive role in Syndicated Lending was held from August 1999 to June 2002, and included a practical internship at Nortel Dasa in 1993. Tom holds an Honours degree in Modern Languages from the University of Bradford, completed from 1994 to 1998.
