Stephane Larouche currently serves as the Directeur général Énergie Électrique at Rio Tinto, a position held since June 2017. Prior to this role, Stephane held various positions at Rio Tinto Alcan from May 2013 to June 2017, including Directeur des opérations and Chef de service Production. Earlier experience includes working as the Coordonnateur d’entretien et d’opération at Rio Tinto, Usine Kitimat from September 2008 to September 2012, where responsibilities included maintaining the high voltage sector and the hydroelectric plant, as well as managing production plans for the supply of the alumina refinery and agreements with BC HYDRO.
