Sarah Smith is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in change management and communications across various sectors. Currently serving as the Global Change and Communications Lead for the OECD Digital Project at Rio Tinto, Sarah has driven successful change and communication strategies to enhance HR functions and operating models.
