Lauren Corich is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in capability development and HR business partnering. Since December 2018, Lauren has held various roles at Rio Tinto, including Capability Development Manager and HR Team Lead. Prior to this, Lauren worked at WesTrac from August 2011 to December 2018, where responsibilities included Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Advisory Supervisor. Lauren's career began at RCR Tomlinson in October 2005 as a Human Resources Officer, with subsequent roles at Leighton Contractors, St. John Ambulance, and as a Recruiter for Monodelphous. Educational qualifications were obtained from Edith Cowan University.
