Defne Kilinch is currently employed as a Hostess and Expo at Rio Grande Mexican Restaurants since May 2022. Previously, Defne served as the Vice President of Recruitment for the Kappa Alpha Theta, Beta Iota Chapter from November 2021 to November 2022, where responsibilities included planning and executing the recruitment process. Earlier, Defne worked as a Receptionist at Adventure In Colors Inc from August 2017 to May 2020, managing phone calls, customer inquiries, and order updates. Defne is pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at the University of Colorado Boulder, with an expected completion in 2024.
