Jessica Berlat, Esq. currently serves as an Attorney at Law at RAINS LUCIA STERN ST. PHALLE & SILVER, PC since August 2023. Prior to this role, Jessica worked at Brown & Delzell, LLP from May 2021 to August 2023, specializing in workers’ compensation for first responders. Jessica's experience also includes positions as an Associate Attorney at Mullen & Filippi, LLP, and Bledsoe, Diestel, Treppa & Crane LLP, as well as serving as a Certified Law Clerk for the Sonoma County District Attorney. Jessica completed a Judicial Externship at the United States District Court, Northern District of California, and held various internships in legal and media roles. Jessica earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Golden Gate University School of Law and has a BA in Cinema from San Francisco State University.
