Mike Monsma has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications and information technology industry. Mike started their career in 2009 as a Medewerker IT-Services at Isaeus ICT Solutions. Mike then progressed to the role of ICT-Beheerder in 2010 and worked until August 2014. In 2015, Mike joined Rinkel as a Lead Voice Engineer and also became a Co-owner at Tellix Telecom. Mike held the role of Co-owner at Tellix Telecom until December 2018.

Mike Monsma attended Comenius College Rotterdam from 2002 to 2006, where they completed their VMBO-TL degree in Techniek. Following that, from 2006 to 2011, they pursued their MBO degree in ICT-beheer at Zadkine. Finally, from 2012 to 2015, Mike graduated with an HBO degree in Business IT & Management (deeltijd) from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences.
