Jon White is an experienced technology and product engineering professional with a diverse career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as CPO Partner Practitioner at RingStone, Jon specializes in adding value for private equity investors and tech-enabled companies through services such as technology due diligence and organizational diagnostics. Previous roles include Regional Director for EMEA at Crosslake Technologies, where Jon focused on optimizing software delivery, and Head of Agile Delivery Unit at Luminor Eesti, leading teams across the Baltic region. Other notable positions include VP Engineering at Drover, Global Head of Product Engineering at Aimia Inc, and Principal Development Manager at Microsoft, where Jon introduced SCRUM methodologies and led the engineering for Skype on Windows.
