Tinna Lee has extensive work experience in the field of engineering and customer service. Tinna is currently serving as the Director of Support Engineering at ¸é¾±²Ô²µ³§±ç³Ü²¹°ù±ð»åâ„¢ since November 2021. Prior to this role, they worked as the Director of Platform Engineering at Magna5 from 2017 to May 2022. Tinna also worked at X5 Solutions for a significant period, holding the positions of Director of Network Operations from 2010 to 2017 and Provisioning/Customer Service Director from 2001 to 2010. Their earliest work experience was at Network ACI, where they served in a customer service role from 1996 to 2001.

Tinna Lee holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration/Marketing from the University of Washington.
