Daniel Shea possesses extensive experience in fraud management and telecommunications. Currently serving as a Fraud Manager at ¸é¾±²Ô²µ³§±ç³Ü²¹°ù±ð»åâ„¢ and Magna5 since August 2020, Daniel has been instrumental in building and managing anti-fraud programs, utilizing advanced technologies for monitoring and mitigating fraudulent activities. Previous roles include Supervisor of International Routing and Fraud at Windstream from 2002 to 2020, where Daniel managed traffic monitoring and fraud detection efforts, and Implementation Engineer at Global Crossing Telecommunications from 1998 to 2002, focusing on customer implementation and technical project management. Daniel began a career in fraud analysis as a Subscription Fraud Analyst at Southwestern Bell Corporation from 1993 to 1998. Daniel holds a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts and a Certificate in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from Northeastern University.
