Elçin Haskollar, Ph.D., currently serves as the Associate Dean of Students for Diversity and Inclusion at Ringling College of Art and Design since July 2023. Prior to this role, Elçin was the Assistant Dean for Educational Outreach and Student Services at Arizona State University from July 2022 to July 2023, and Program Director/Faculty for the Global Citizenship Certificate at Florida State University from July 2016 to July 2022. Additional academic experience includes positions as Adjunct Lecturer in Political Science at New Jersey City University and Assistant Professor of Global Studies at Defiance College. Elçin has also held roles at Rutgers University and the Rutgers Center for the Study of Genocide & Human Rights. Professional experience includes an internship with the United Nations and a reporting internship at the South African Parliament. Elçin holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Global Affairs from Rutgers University - Newark, alongside multiple master's degrees and a bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Studies.
