Manuel R. Valdez has extensive experience in the field of health sciences, currently serving as a Certified Structured Settlement Consultant at Ringler Associates since February 1982. Previously, Manuel worked as a Medical Researcher at UCSD School of Medicine's Department of Pediatrics from January 1976 to February 1982. Manuel holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences and a Master of Public Administration focused on Health Sciences and Public Administration from San Diego State University, as well as a Master of Public Health from San Jose State University.
