Ron Germanski is an experienced financial professional currently serving as Data Manager at RingCentral since April 2021 and as Senior Accountant at Trace3 since August 2019. Previous roles include Accounting Analyst II at Xcel Energy, where significant contributions included the development of automated reconciliation tools and the preparation of federal rate case schedules. Ron also held positions focused on capital asset accounting and depreciation during time at Xcel Energy. Additionally, experience includes an internship at the UWM Center for Community-based Learning, Leadership and Research and working as a Financial Aid Peer Advisor while pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, which was completed in 2015.
