Mike Wilcox is an experienced professional in the restaurant and hospitality industry with a diverse background in operations and partnership roles. Currently serving as a Partner at Ring on Hook since October 2019, Mike previously held the position of Senior Vice President at APICII for a brief period in late 2019. Before that, Mike was the Senior Director of Openings and Transformations at Restoration Hardware from March 2017 to October 2019. An extensive tenure at Fox Restaurant Concepts from 1999 to February 2017 included significant roles such as Vice President of Operations for True Food Kitchen, Regional Director of Operations, and General Manager. Mike also held the role of Vice President of Operations at True Food Kitchen from 2008 to February 2017. Mike holds a degree from the University of Arizona.
