Tatiana Garcia Ortiz is an accomplished professional with significant experience in customer success and support. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Aleluya since November 2019, Tatiana leads customer service initiatives and provides assistance in the use of Nominapp for external and internal clients. Prior to this role, Tatiana was an au pair with Cultural Care Au Pair from October 2018 to October 2019 and worked as a Sales Analyst at Gaseosas de Cordoba S.A.S. from April 2017 to December 2017, where responsibilities included creating and analyzing sales reports for strategic decision-making. Tatiana also gained valuable experience as an engineering intern at Ecopetrol, offering support in programming and maintenance services. Tatiana holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Córdoba, completed in 2017.
