Kyle Gern is a seasoned biologist with extensive experience in ecological assessments and habitat restoration, currently employed at Rincon Consultants, Inc. since January 2021. Previous roles include serving as the Ecological Field Monitoring Lead for the Great Basin Institute, where leadership in habitat assessments was demonstrated, and as an Assistant Ecologist at Jodi McGraw Consulting, contributing to project management and research. Earlier experiences comprise a Lab Technician role at the University of California, Santa Cruz, focusing on plant and fungal relationships, and various internships that included sustainable practices and plant maintenance. Kyle earned a Bachelor's degree in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from the University of California, Santa Cruz in 2017.
