Tiana Woodarek, M.Sc., currently serves as a Learning and Development Partner at Rimkus, a global leader in engineering and technical consulting, since October 2023. With a diverse background in educational program coordination and training, Tiana has previously worked as a Training Coordinator at Education Solutions Corp, where responsibilities included managing resources for health care system programs and coordinating employee onboarding. Tiana's coaching experience at Soccer Shots Franchising focused on skill and character development for young athletes, while a prior role at Bisk involved learning design and support for extensive educational programs. Additional experience includes academic recruitment at 2U, administrative coordination at Horizon Health Services, and academic support at Southern New Hampshire University. Tiana holds a Master of Science in Higher Education Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University, along with studies at Florence University of the Arts.
