Douglas Reed, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned global HR executive with extensive expertise in HR transformation, operations, and technology. Currently serving as Vice President of Global HR Operations & Program Service Delivery at Rimini Street, Douglas previously held senior roles at WM and CBRE, where they managed HR processes and systems, as well as global payroll and shared services. With a strong foundation in client services management and leadership acquired during a lengthy career at Fidelity Investments, Douglas also contributed significantly to the Oracle HCM Users Group as President. They hold a Master’s degree in Industrial and Labor Relations and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from West Virginia University.
