Karlo Generalic has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Karlo began their career at DOK-ING d.o.o. as a Quality Control Engineer in 2011 and went on to work as an Electronic Technologist and Production Planner. In 2016, they joined Ericsson as a Software Developer. Karlo then moved to Altpro in 2019, where they worked as an Electronics Engineering Technologist. In 2020, they joined Rimac Automobili d.o.o. as a Program Quality Leader and later transitioned to Rimac Technology in 2022, where they currently serve as a Quality Engineer and Project Quality Lead.
Karlo Generalic obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation from Zagreb University of Applied Sciences in 2009. Karlo later pursued a Master's degree in the same field from the same institution, completing it in 2014. Karlo has also obtained various additional certifications, including IATF 16949:2016 - Quality Management System Specifics for Automotive Industry from Alison in 2024, IPC/WHMA-A-620 Requirements & Acceptance for Cable & Wire Harness Assemblies from IPC in 2021, and Python certification from TestDome in 2019. Karlo also holds Diplomas in Python Programming and C Programming from Alison - Free Online Learning in 2018, and IPC-A-610 Acceptability of Electronics Assemblies Certification from IPC in 2021.
