Ivana Dragic has extensive experience in talent management and development, currently serving as the Head of Talent Management and Learning and Development Manager at Rimac Technology since March 2022. Additionally, Ivana is an External Lecturer at Institut za menadžment. From April 2014 to March 2022, Ivana held the role of Head of Training and Development at JYSK, overseeing training for over 26,000 employees across multiple countries. Previous roles include HR Business Consultant at Manpower Croatia, Office and HR Operations Manager at GV3 UX, and various HR positions at Portsalut S.L., Puentesol, S.L., and Magma d.d. since the early 2000s.
