Tricia (Grabfelder) Lucas, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Currently serving as an Independent Director of Placement Services at RIM Recruitment Professionals, Tricia leads efforts within a peer partner network to meet diverse hiring needs across North America. Co-founding Lucas Select Inc., an award-winning woman-owned recruiting and career development consulting firm, Tricia focuses on helping technology and SaaS companies implement effective recruiting strategies. Previous roles include HR Business Partner at NOTA Laboratories, GTM Talent Acquisition Partner at Vida Health, and Founder of the Alliance of Women in Tech Leadership. Tricia has also contributed as a columnist for GrepBeat and held leadership positions in Triangle AMA.
