Hajo Kroesche is an experienced finance and law professional currently serving as Chairman at Rillion since June 2023 and as Partner at Altor Equity Partners since September 2022. Prior roles include Board Member at Forsta from January 2020 to September 2022 and Managing Director at EQT Group from January 2013 to September 2022, where Hajo Kroesche also held the position of Director. Previous experience includes Associate at Bain Capital from September 2010 to December 2012, Fellow Associate at McKinsey & Company from 2008 to 2010, and Summer Intern positions at Perella Weinberg Partners and Nelson Mullins in 2008 and 2005, respectively. Hajo Kroesche obtained an LL.B. in Law from Bucerius Law School between 2003 and 2007 and participated in a non-degree program in Law at Emory University School of Law in 2005.
