John R. is an experienced IT Technician with a diverse background in technical support and training across multiple organizations. Currently serving at ¸é¾±°ì²õ²µÃ¤±ô»å±ð²Ô since January 2023, John previously worked for Sigtuna kommun and Nokas Security AB, where responsibilities included IT support and troubleshooting. John’s extensive career at Dell spanned almost a decade, during which contributions included developing training materials and managing customer escalations as a Technical Account Manager.
