Ashley Duckworth is an Associate at Riker Danzig LLP since March 2023, specializing as a Trusts and Estates Attorney. Prior to this role, Ashley served as an Associate at Avelino Law, LLP from September 2021 to February 2023, and as a Judicial Law Clerk at the New Jersey Tax Court under the Honorable Vito Bianco from August 2020 to September 2021. Previous experience includes a summer internship at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's Division of Corporation Finance in 2019 and a summer legal internship at the Sullivan County District Attorney’s Office in 2018. Ashley holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Washington and Lee University School of Law (2017-2020) and a Bachelor of Arts in Government and History from Wofford College (2013-2017). In addition to legal experience, Ashley was the Captain of the Wofford College Cheerleading team and held leadership positions in Zeta Tau Alpha Sorority.
