Jean-Luc Fialon currently serves as the Head of Operations for Dining and Nightlife at RIKAS Hospitality Group, a position held since May 2023. Previously, Jean-Luc was with ROKA Restaurants from July 2014 to May 2023, where roles included Director of Operations for the Middle East and General Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Restaurant General Manager at SUSHISAMBA and as Restaurant Manager at LPM Restaurant & Bar. Jean-Luc's career began at Mint Leaf of London in Dubai, where responsibilities included the role of Assistant General Manager from January 2007 to March 2012. Education was completed at Lycee Hotelier Biarritz.
