Sytse Algera has extensive experience in the education and management sectors, currently serving as Onderwijsmanager and Teamleider Onderwijs at Rijn IJssel since 2009. In this role, Sytse oversees a team focused on commercial education and teaches economics and marketing for MBO nv4 in Business & Sport at the Papendal location, while also chairing the Exam Committee for Economics and Personal Care since September 2019. Prior to this, Sytse held various managerial positions at Intertoys and Hago Nederland B.V., where responsibilities included branch management and regional oversight. Sytse holds a Bachelor's degree in Facilitair Management from Hanzehogeschool Groningen and pursued further education at Radboud Universiteit Nijmegen in 2013.
