Alex Smith, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. They started their career in 2009 as a Bar Manager/Service Manager at Gorman Street Pub, where they managed inventories and personnel. They then transitioned to the role of General Manager at Zooza's Family Fun Center and United Skates of America, overseeing the operations of amusement centers and managing employees.

In 2014, Alex became a Program Manager at Headway Workforce Solutions, where they managed talent acquisition professionals and implemented operational projects. They also served as an Account Manager, managing and training a team of talent acquisition experts.

In 2017, Alex worked as a Business Analyst at SECU, coordinating the development of technical solutions and implementing projects to improve financial security and enhance products.

From 2018 to 2019, Alex worked as a Project Manager at Volt Consulting Group, leading the implementation of Managed Service Program and other projects.

Currently, Alex is working at RightSourcing, Inc. In their previous role as Implementation Project Manager, they consulted, designed, and documented solution architectures. Later, they served as an Operations Manager, ensuring smooth delivery of services and managing client relationships. Currently, Alex is the Director of Operations, driving operations best practices and utilizing technology to increase profitability and reduce errors.

Throughout their career, Alex has demonstrated strong leadership, project management, and client relationship management skills, contributing to the success of their organizations.

Alex Smith, PMP, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Parks, Recreation, and Tourism Management with a specialization in Program Management from North Carolina State University (2008-2011). Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in General Studies from the College of The Albemarle (2005-2007). In 2016, they earned the PMI Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
