Previously, Janet held leadership roles at various companies such as Tridel, Empire Communities, Loblaw Companies Limited, and Bell Media, Inc. Janet has a strong background in human resources, with experience in recruitment, labour relations, and organizational culture. Janet completed their education at Humber College in the late 1990s and early 2000s.
